This Privacy Policy explains what information Stephanie Keate, a licensed Realtor® with Amani Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects through stephaniekeate.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the calls, texts, and emails that follow from a request you make here.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
1. Information you give us
We only receive what you choose to submit. We do not buy contact lists or append data about you from outside sources.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or government ID numbers through this website. Please never send those to us by email or text.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them. We use Google Analytics 4 for this. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser.
We have configured Google Analytics to redact email addresses and to redact the access token used in personalized results links before that data is stored. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics.
Advertising and remarketing
We advertise through Google Ads. When you arrive from an ad, the link may carry campaign identifiers (such as utm_source or gclid) that let us see which ad produced an inquiry. We may use Google’s advertising features, including remarketing, which rely on first-party and third-party cookies to show our ads to people who have previously visited this site. We do not use these features to build profiles based on sensitive categories, and we do not target advertising to anyone we know to be under 18.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your question and provide the homes, numbers, or analysis you asked for.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your home search or sale — only where you have given consent, and only until you tell us to stop.
- To prepare estimates and market analyses, which requires the property and budget details you provide.
- To meet real estate recordkeeping, licensing, and legal obligations.
- To understand which pages and ads actually produce inquiries, so we spend less money on advertising that does not work.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and do not rent or trade it.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

We may also share information with your consent and at your direction — for example, with a lender, title company, inspector, or transaction coordinator involved in your purchase or sale. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect the rights and safety of any person. If our business is ever transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
5. Text messages and mobile information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform, strictly so that they can deliver messages on our behalf.
You give consent to be called and texted by checking the consent box on a form and submitting it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or calling us at (385) 330-7198. 6. Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message from us.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
- Stop calls: tell us on any call, or contact us using the details below.
- Access, correct, or delete your information: email stephanie@amanirealty.com and we will honor the request, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
- Opt out of Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Control ad personalization: visit Google My Ad Center or optout.aboutads.info.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them may break parts of this site.
We extend the choices above to every visitor as a matter of policy, regardless of where you live or whether a particular privacy law applies to us.
7. How long we keep information
We keep lead and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy real estate recordkeeping requirements, which in Utah generally run several years past the close of a transaction. Website analytics data is retained for 14 months. Records of an opt-out are kept indefinitely so we can honor it.
8. Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity information through this website, by email, or by text.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Fair housing
Amani Realty is committed to equal housing opportunity. We do not use any information collected here to steer, exclude, or treat anyone differently on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or source of income.
11. Third-party sites
This site links to other websites, including builder websites and our client portal at app.amanirealty.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies separately.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
